MISSOULA - The Kalispell woman accused of killing her husband of eight days by pushing him off of a cliff in Glacier National Park will be staying under house arrest in the Flathead.
Jordan Graham appeared in federal court in Missoula less than 24 hours after being released from the Missoula County jail where a judge reaffirmed a Thursday decision to place her under house arrest.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeremiah Lynch said Thursday that prosecutors failed to establish enough reason to further detain Graham without a formal charge against her.
Graham is accused of second degree murder for the death of her husband Cody Johnson. She was placed into her parent's custody in the Wilson Heights area on Thursday.
